To apply Malaysia Type Approval certification, the following documents must be prepared and submitted:

  1. Equipment Information & Specification Tab;
  2. Principal & Manufacturer Tab;
  3. Supporting Document Attachment which are based on Application Category. Example:
    • color brochures,
    • user manual,
    • equipment specification,
    • technical manual,
    • test report;
  4. Pre-Quotation;
  5. Trademark registration evidence
  6. Brand Declaration Tab;
  7. Declaration (Submit) Tab;

After these documents are submitted through e-certification system, e-application team will do evaluation. Once the evaluation’s done and application is declared as “complete”, e-certification team will generate file number for application. Then, application will be continued to the issuance of Type Approval Certificate.
