We’re glad to announce you again that on January 16th 2019, SDPPI issued another announcement regarding to the acceptance of EMC test report issued by Non SDPPI-recognized testing Laboratories [official web on http://elab.postel.go.id/home/buln].

Previously, SDPPI made a policy to extend the acceptance of EMC test report that is issued by laboratories outside of SDPPI-accredited Laboratories list until January 31st 2019. But, considering current situation on local EMC testing Lab (over capacity on BPPT Lab and calibration process that’s still not finished yet on BARISTAND Lab), they decided to extend this policy until February 28th 2019.
So, for you who want to skip local EMC test that has extremely long lead time, you can submit EMC test report from any international testing Lab which has ISO 17025 accreditation by accreditation body who signed Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation-Mutual Recognition Arrangement (APLAC-MRA), International Laboratory Accreditation Cooparation-Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC-MRA), and/or recognized by International Electrotechnical Committee System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE) scheme from Certification Body Testing Laboratories (CBTLs).
But, please be noted that this policy will be valid until February 28th 2019.
