Firstly, we want to thank you for being so patient in waiting the issuance of pretest schedule by SDPPI Lab which is getting longer and longer recently. We really appreciate that. However, we put our best to make our projects could be finished in the fastest way possible.

Secondly, we’re writing here to inform you an important information that we just got from SDPPI Lab few times ago. We know that lastly, we’ve been confused with the application of new online system that in our perspective as an agent is too early to be applied. As we mentioned before, we think that this system seems to not really ready in the early time of its application, so that it affected on several things such as server down. This was obviously affects on the extended time for pretest waiting line.
And now, even before this “extended time of pretest waiting line” issue is totally cleared, we got another confirmation from SDPPI Lab that the standard time for pretest waiting line nowadays is around a month. So, if we apply for SDPPI Lab pretest today, then the schedule will be issued in around 1 month later.
Moreover, Lab also indicates that in the near future, they will give a limitation on the daily number of pretest application. Before they went online, previously we were only able to submit 3 applications in a day for applying pretest. And, by this indication, there is a possibility that the same rule (3 pretest applications in a day) will be applied too, even when they have gone on line. Therefore, if this new policy is applied, our daily submission for pretest will be limited. So, please be patient to wait your application to be submitted to SDPPI Lab.
