- Copy of TDP and SIUP: Those documents are the business registration certificate issued by the Indonesian government.
- Copy of Notarial Deed for the Company: This is a legal document that proves the ownership and existence of the business.
- Copy of NPWP (Tax Identification Number): The NPWP is a unique tax identification number for each taxpayer in Indonesia.
- Letter of Brand Transfer: This document is needed if the product is not owned by you. It should summarize the terms of the original owner’s and the applicant’s agreement.
- Certificate of Trademark Registration from Dirjen HAKI: This is a certificate issued by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (Dirjen HAKI) in Indonesia, confirming the registration of the trademark.
- Application Letter for SPPT SNI: This is a letter requesting the issuance of a Certificate of Product National Standard (SPPT SNI).
- Appointment Letter for Management Representative: The person designated in this document will be in charge of ensuring that the business complies with SNI requirements. The biodata for the representative should be included.
- Certificate of Organization Approval: This certificate is to confirm the organization’s structure and operations. It should be issued by the company’s governing body.

The initial step is to fill out the SPPT registration form. This registration requires the following essential documents:

- The Quality Management System Certificate from the country of origin.

2. Verification Process
The next step is the verification process submitted by the company by LSPro-Pustan.
There are several crucial aspects that’ll be examined, such as the company’s ability to understand Bahasa Indonesia, its operational reach and other aspects.
Usually this verification process is completed within a single day, and after the verification is finished you’ll get an invoice outlining the cost.
3. Producer Quality and Management Audit
Before securing the SNI label, the producer undergoes a rigorous quality and management audit.
This audit covers the completeness of the producer’s quality management papers, especially those that comply with SPPT-SNI regulations. If there are any differences, changes need to be put in place no more than two months can pass.
4. Product Sample Testing
Upon successful completion of the quality management audit, an LSPro-Pustan team visits the production site to collect samples.
