Components of Floor Scrubber Dryer

Components of Floor Scrubber Dryer – Knowing the components of floor scrubber dryer is so important to give you a better idea of how this equipment works.

Other than that, it’s also important to give you an insight of how to properly maintain your floor scrubber dryer.

So, what are the components of a floor scrubber dryer? Without further ado, let’s take a look at the explanation that we’ve prepared just for you!

Components of Floor Scrubber Dryer

Components of Floor Scrubber Dryer

1. Tank

The scrubber dryer is equipped with a liquid storage container that serves to hold clean water and, if required, a detergent or other cleaning agent that can help in cleaning the floor.

This container should be refilled regularly and cleaned regularly to keep the floor cleaning process running smoothly and effectively.

By ensuring the container is always filled with enough cleaning fluid, you can keep the machine optimized and ensure thorough cleaning results.

2. Scrub Head

The next component of a floor scrubber dryer is the brush or pad that is also known as the scrub head, which can move in a rotating or vibrating pattern to clean the floor.

This component, often referred to as the scrub head, is specifically designed to lift dirt and remove stains from the floor surface and also polishing and brushing/scrubbing the floor.

With effective movement, the scrub head helps to ensure that the floor is thoroughly cleaned, achieving optimal results in removing dirt and keeping the floor surface clean.

3. Solution System

The floor scrubber machine is equipped with an automated solution system that serves to spray cleaning fluid onto the floor surface during the cleaning process.

This system helps to dispense the cleaning fluid evenly over the floor, allowing dirt to settle and be removed more easily.

With the cleaning fluid spread out, the cleaning stages become more efficient, ensuring a clean and stain-free finish.

As a friendly reminder, you should clean and rinse the solution tank after each use to prevent clogging and help maintain the overall automated solution system performance.

4. Vacuum System

If there’s an automated solution system that automatically spray the cleaning agent to clean the floor, there’s also a vacuum system to suck up the excess water and moisture from the floors.

The vacuum system is a part of the scrubber that works to suck up excess water and moisture from the floor using a squeegee.

After the cleaning solution is sprayed onto the floor by the scrub head and the brush, the remaining moisture can be removed through the squeegee by the vacuum fan.

5. Recovery System

If the tank that we mentioned earlier serves the purpose to hold clean water that later be used by the solution system, the recovery system is where the dirty water that has been collected by the vacuum system is stored.

This component ensures that the dirty water and clean water are stored separately thus making the dirty water is not able to contaminate the clean water.

After use, it’s crucial to empty and rinse the recovery system to ensure the proper maintenance of a floor scrubber.

Additionally, to keep the recovery system in good condition, leave the tank open when the machine is not in use.

This will helps to prevent bacterial growth and odors by allowing the system to ventilate.
