However, excessive exposure to caffeine is certainly not recommended, especially if you already have a hypertensive disorder.

Keep in mind that eating or drinking too much can cause negative health effects, and coffee is no exception. So, it is important to maintain a balance in lifestyle and dietary habits. 

Regular physical activity balanced with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains remain some of the best ways to promote healthy blood pressure and heart health. 

Keep focusing on healthy behaviors like these as a better use of energy rather than worrying too much about coffee intake.

The increase of the blood pressure is temporary, and the effect does not extend beyond that.

But still, drinking or eating anything, coffee included, excessively is not recommended, it is recommended to drink 3 to 5 standard cups of coffee to reduce the risk of several chronic diseases.

It’s also worth considering choosing a high quality coffee to gain the full benefits of coffee.
