Now, we are going to give you an update toward the latest announcement about new policy in Post and Telecommunication devices pratesting application we received this morning. With this letters, we would like to inform you that based on this announcement, there is a policy change in pratesting application.
Due to the limited human resources and testing equipment owned by Balai Besar Pengujian Perangkat Telekomunikasi (SDPPI Laboratory), start from the issuance date of this official announcement, the institution gives limitation to daily numbers of pratesting application. To give equivalent and maximum services to all applicants, started from June 1st 2016, SDPPI Lab only receives 3 pratesting applications from one agent.

With this policy change, we appeal the customer to be a little bit more patient toward the lead time since now we are only able to submit three pratesting applications a day. However, we keep trying our best to give the fast services to achieve the both our and customer’s targets. Thank you for your consideration.
