The natural mineral water originates from underground sources such as aquifers. There the water goes through a unique journey absorbing minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium.

And also, because it came from an isolated underground area, they’re protected from pollution thus preserving its purity.

It’s quite different from the manufactured mineral water, as the manufactured mineral waters are water that are manually added by several minerals to mimic the natural mineral water composition.

5. Keeping the Electrolyte Intake

Electrolytes are salts (consisting of bicarbonate, chloride, potassium, and sodium) that prevent fluid deficiency by helping the body cells absorb water.

Since mineral water is the best source of electrolytes, it will help keep the electrolyte balance in your body.

However, do not over-consume it, as it can cause a rise in sodium levels in the body that will eventually cause symptoms such as irregular heartbeat.
