That’s why compliance label is one important thing in the approval process. This is because label acts as the identifier for a product. This is to give a sign that the product has passed complied with the local standard and passed certification process. The same norm is also applied to UAE Type approval or usually known as TDRA. After a product obtains UAE type approval certificate, it is mandatory to be labelled according to TDRA rules. This label must follow the rules stated by TDRA of UAE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the issuance of TDRA certificate, applicant will receive PDF file containing Declaration of Conformity Card or Type Approval Conformity Mark. In this card, there’s label format consisting of TDRA logo, registration number, and QR code. This card must be multiplied and affixed on each telecommunication equipment packaging box. Regarding the label size, TDRA doesn’t specify the minimum or maximum label size requirement. Label size can be adjusted to the size of the packaging or the size of store display where the label will be affixed onto. However, it must be noted that label must be displayed in clear and readable manner. And it should not be easy to remove. Regarding the color, both colored and black and white format are allowed. Moreover, if the product is a pre-installed product that comes with the host product, that has no separate packaging box, affixing label to the product manual is allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
