Equipment Class A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applicants need to submit some required documents below to NBTC Office for registration of equipment Class A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Company registration certificate (less than 90 days old)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. ID card or passport of the authorized director issued by Thai authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Applicant\u2019s username and password issued by the Department of Business Development (DBD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Power of attorney authorization letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Catalogue or technical specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Test reports, approval certificate, or certificate of conformity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Laboratory accreditation certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Equipment photos show front, back, sides, logo, and type\/model of the equipment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Equipment Class B<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Applicants need to submit some required documents below to NBTC Office for certification of equipment Class B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Form of Supplier\u2019s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Company registration certificate (less than 90 days old)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. ID card or passport of the authorized director issued by Thai authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Applicant\u2019s username and password issued by the Department of Business Development (DBD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Power of attorney authorization letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Catalogue or technical specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Test reports, approval certificate, or certificate of conformity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
