This is because labelling format is controlled by authority. So, following the correct labelling format according to the regulation will definitely minimize the risk of having issue with the authority.

Besides, having the correct label format can smoothen the distribution process, from coming out of the customs, to getting received by the buyers. From the buyer’s perspective, correct label format will make them easier to understand that the product already complies with the local regulation. Therefore, buyers tend to choose the product which has correct labelling than those which has not.

However, with all those significances, there are still many people who don’t apply compliance label correctly. This can be potentially risky in the future. That’s why in Dimulti, we want to make sure that all applications processed through us have the correct labelling format according to IMDA standard. Therefore, the distribution line from your product will be secured from the customs to your customers.

After obtaining Singapore type approval, applicant is mandatory to affix COMPLIANCE LABEL.
