One of the legal reference for this obligation is Announcement of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) Volume 133, Special Chapter 178. It states that local suppliers or operators are required to display the certification mark for type-approved telecommunication equipment based on a specified format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NBTC label format is determined by the equipment class type. There are three types of equipment classes for Thailand type approval: Class A, Class B, and Supplier\u2018s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). Each equipment class has its own labeling format. There are two types of notice labels from NBTC Office, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment which required license type, usually for Class A and Class B equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment exempted from license type, usually for SDoC products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The marking of notice label need to be affixed on user manual, packaging, or add additional sheet inside the packaging.
